Do I need to speak Chinese?

No. Every guide speaks English (many also speak French, Spanish or Thai), and the forwarder team handles the Chinese side of every order for you.

How do I pay without a Chinese card?

How much does shipping cost?

Air freight typically lands around 2–4 weeks door to door; sea freight is cheaper for heavy hauls at 6–8 weeks. Free quote per shipment — you see the all-in price before we pack.
