Double 11 through an agent: the calm way to shop China's biggest sale

Double 11 presales drop weeks before November 11 itself. Here's how the sale actually works, why the chess clock matters, and how agent ordering turns the chaos into one box.

Singles’ Day (November 11) is no longer a day. By the time the date arrives, the “sale” has been running for weeks: pre-order deposits, add-to-cart warm-ups, brand-day flash lanes. If you shop it from Berlin in English, it can feel rigged. It isn’t — the mechanism is just Chinese-first.

How Double 11 actually works

  • Deposits before discounts. Many headline prices require a pre-sale deposit in late October/early November; you pay the balance on the day, or you forfeit it.
  • Stacks of coupons. Store coupons + platform coupons + category coupons. au mobile, cross-store promos apply per 300-yuan bucket — the math is real but must be assembled in order.
  • Stock is the clock. Popular SKUs don’t sell at a discount, they sell out while discounted. Hours matter.

Why this is our favorite single week of the year

Through an agent:

  • You send links (or brand names); we watch the coupon stack and presale clock for you
  • One order basket → one customs form → one consolidated box, whatever the cargo (even more critical since the US $800 de minimis went away in August 2025 — every parcel is now dutiable, so fewer, bigger parcels win)
  • Wrong size or wrong shade → reject at our warehouse before it flies, instead of discovering it unboxing in July
  • No Chinese card needed; pay in USD/EUR

Factor in ~2–4 weeks air / 6–8 weeks sea after the sale’s shipping crush. Double 11 week slows every forwarder in China — ordering with us two days early beats ordering with anyone else two days late.
